If the weather is 85 degrees or above my car wo not blown cool air unless Ive been driving over 10 minutes. Then once it blowning cool air its only a cool fam its not cold like an air conditioner should be. also at night when its aout 75 degrees it seem to work fine.

The freon (i think) just needs to be charged again. Most places like Jiffylube can do that for a pretty cheap price.

low on freon, possibly has a slow leak in the system- any shop can charge it back up and/or check for leaks.

l had the same problem with my 2004 Mazda 6 last year and l took it to Jiffy Lube and l got my air filter replaced because it was seriously dirty and that pretty much did the trick. My AC worked great after that, but if you could buy the filter yourself and put it in that would be better because Jiffy Lube charges a lot to replace something that l was told would be half that if l went and bought it myself. only if the car is moving you will get cold air...
check the fan relays or fan motors if they are spining fast and low freon can cause that problem also

the worst thing could happen is you have a broken or almost gone compressor
