here goes l bought a 88 rx7 gtu as a project l also have a turbo mx-6 motor and trans is it posible to trans plant this or atleast use the the turbo with some mods? l need all specs about this rx-7 and the mx-6 turbo motor l do know the mx-6 has about 145 stock hp with turbo but other then that l need the other info on the car the rx-7 on the fronthas adjustable coil-oversbut as far any any other info like factory specs l dont have the slightest clue any help would be great or a website that l could indeed find out the general specs

Hmm,Bit of A pain to trasnfere, l dont even want to start with this one.Just get your 12A rebuilt (J ported) get a big webber and new gear box,That will shit all over that other rice burrner engine you have.

its better to look into a complete 13b turbo swap.the mx6 motor is not all that to have int he rx7.you can also look into what others have done.they have swaped in ls1,chevy 350 blocks, 1 & 2jz, sr20det, rb25-26.but then the stock motor for the rx7 gtu is not so bad.the gtu has a stock lsd differential just like the turbo model.so its pretty much the next best thing to the turbo rx7.
